MADE-TO-ORDER

We work on a made-to-order basis with very little stock (just as our artisan partners used to work). This is due to the elaborate process of this craft and to respect the way these sustainable traditions have been practiced for generations. 

Once you've placed your made-to-order item, we will get in touch with our artisan partners in less than 48 hours with the details so that they can start the production. Your one-of-a-kind bag will be carefully crafted for you within 8-12 weeks.  Please note that as our bags are completely handmade each bag is one-of-a-kind with its slight variations. 

Each Gombad collection is limited-edition, meaning only a limited number of bags will be produced per collection. 

 

SHIPPING

When your bag is ready, it will be shipped from Canada using a tracked postal service. In the case of available orders, we process them as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of your order.   

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. It can take a few hours before you can track your order.

For international shipments, outside of Canada, your shipment may be transferred to a partner shipping carrier. You will be able to follow your order through a link provided to by our third part shipping carriers to track your shipment to its final destination.  

Standard shipping is free within North America. Express shipping is available at additional cost. 

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on shipping address.

ZAHDEI WORLD is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other costs that may be incurred by purchasers.

 

RETURNS

As ZAHDEI WORLD items are made-to-order and lots of love and hours goes into each piece, we ask our customers to carefully read our product description to avoid any misunderstandings. 

We want you to love your ZAHDEI WORLD items. Although our bags are non-returnable, we are more than happy to offer an exchange for another bag. 

We accept exchanges within a 15 day window as long as the following conditions are met:    

  • ZAHDEI bag(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted.
  • Before sending your return, please contact us at info@zahdei.world.
  • Pack your order in the original package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense.
  • Send us the tracking number so we can process your return faster. 
  • Please allow three weeks to process your return. 
  • Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g. customs charges, taxes and duties) are not refundable.
